Virtual Fitness Training.
After completing a online health questionaire, Cyber Fitness
Coach can provide you with a
fitness program to follow in your home or in your local gym. This will
give you the freedom to train whenever you like, wherever you like.
We can keep in touch via phone or email to keep track of your progress
and help motivate you. We will also plan your future programs if needed.
Some people are a bit nervous about having someone watch over them as
they train -with Virtual Fitness Training this will not be a problem.
Once you sign up for the Virtual Fitness Training you will have access
to your own member area which gives you access to your training calendar
and workout programs. This gives you easy access to your own personal
trainer and you will also be able to keep track of your progress and
send these updates to your trainer for regular advice.
1-2-1 personal training.
For the best in personal tuition in fitness training,
book a one to one session with one of our trainers. We will assist you
to acheive the goals you want by helping and motivating you to train
correctly. We can also carry out fitness testing to monitor your progress.
The sessions may consist of some of the following depending on your
goals:
Cardio, for example Running, Thai Boxing Pad work
Strength work/ Muscular endurance, for example Weight
training , Circuits
Flexibility work
1-2-1 nutritional advice
For up to date guidance on nutrition, book a one to one
session with one of our trainers. They will assist you in losing those
pounds of fat or gaining those pounds of muscle
by advising you on healthy eating options.
