One off basic program for you to use at home or in the gym. This basic program will be a combination of cardiovascular training and weight training which will help you lose fat, gain muscle and increase your fitness.

A more specialised one off program for you to follow in the gym or at home. This could be a specialised weight training program, specialised fitness program or a stretching program to increase your flexibitilty.
